Higher EPS Pension: Supreme Court Upholds Deadline

The Supreme Court has declined to further extend the deadline for employees to apply for higher EPS pension under the 2022 amendment.
Members who missed the deadline cannot apply retrospectively. Current pensioners under the old formula continue as before, while those who applied in time are seeing their joint options processed by regional offices.
