EPFO Grievance Registration Guide
A step-by-step guide to filing and tracking complaints on the EPFiGMS Portal.
What is EPFiGMS?
The EPF i-Grievance Management System (EPFiGMS) is an official portal launched by the EPFO to address and resolve complaints and queries of EPF members, pensioners, and employers.
How to Register a Grievance
- Visit the official EPFiGMS Portal.
- Click on Register Grievance from the top menu.
- Select your status: PF Member, EPS Pensioner, Employer, or Others.
- Enter your UAN and security code, then click Get Details.
- Click on Get OTP. Enter the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
- Select the specific PF account number for which the grievance is being filed.
- Choose the appropriate grievance category (e.g., Final Settlement, PF Transfer, KYC issue).
- Provide a detailed description of your issue and upload supporting documents (PDF format, max 1MB).
- Submit the form. You will receive a unique Registration Number on your mobile and email.
How to Track Grievance Status
You can track the status of your complaint by clicking on View Status on the EPFiGMS homepage. Enter your Registration Number and Mobile Number/Email ID to view the current resolution status and remarks from the concerned PF office.
