Composite Claim Form (Aadhar)
Submit this for PF Withdrawal (Form 19), Advance (Form 31), or Pension Withdrawal (Form 10C) if your Aadhaar is linked and UAN is active.
Composite Form (Non-Aadhar)
Use this if your Aadhaar is NOT linked or your UAN is not active. Requires employer attestation for processing.
Form 10D (Monthly Pension)
Apply for a monthly pension if you have completed 10 years of eligible service and attained 58 years (or 50 years for reduced pension).
Form 13 (PF Transfer)
Transfer your PF balance from a previous account (Unexempted or Exempted) to your current active PF account.
Form 20 (Death Claim)
To be submitted by the nominee or legal heir in the event of the member's death for final settlement of PF.

How to Submit Your Claim
EPFO now encourages online claim submission for faster processing (usually 7–10 days).
Check Eligibility
Ensure your UAN is activated and KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank) is seeded and approved by your employer. Online claims are impossible without valid KYC.
Select Form Type
- Form 19: Full PF Settlement (after 2 months exit)
- Form 31: Partial Advance (during job)
- Form 10C: Pension Withdrawal/Scheme Certificate
Online vs Offline
If Aadhaar is linked, use the Member Portal Online Services. If not, download the Non-Aadhar Composite Form from above, get it signed by your employer, and submit it to your jurisdictional EPFO office.

EPFO uses different forms based on your need. Form 19 is for full settlement, Form 31 is for advances, and Form 10C/10D are for pension. Most members now use the Composite Claim Form which combines these into one simplified document.
Form 19 is your "Final Exit" form to get your PF balance. Form 10C is for your "Pension" balance. If you are leaving your job permanently, you usually submit both together to get your full EPFO money back.
For EPFO online claim, log into the Unified Member Portal, go to 'Online Services' > 'Claim'. Select the form type (31, 19, or 10C), verify your bank account number, and submit via Aadhaar OTP. It's the fastest way to get your funds.
You can check your EPFO claim status in three ways: 1. Member Portal under 'Track Claim Status', 2. The UMANG mobile app, or 3. The EPFO Passbook portal. Statuses usually update within 24 hours of any processing action.
EPFO claim Form 31 is specifically for an 'Advance'. Unlike Form 19, you don't need to leave your job to file it. You can file it for marriage, illness, or house construction while still employed.
